We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day operations on medium to large-scale projects in Gippsland. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven supervisory experience in project environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively supervise crews and subcontractors on-site to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project delivery.
• Coordinate daily site activities, resources, and schedules.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor quality control, conduct inspections, and resolve on-site issues.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

What You’ll Bring:

• Trade qualification – Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or Cert III in Fabrication.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in project environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and industry codes.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
